Delta’s highly adaptable and expandable IP-based Distributive Vision Control System, DVCS® is capable of supporting large scale displays with up to 10,000 display units, all in real time. Delta DVCS® enables customers to capture, distribute, control and display high-resolution graphics/4K/HD video signals over an IP network-reliably. Enabling the controller to manage multiple video sources on a single display or to enlarge a single video signal to multiple displays, the 4K DVCS® also provides the ability for a centralized control system to manage multiple Control Room video walls.

Delta's Distributive Vision Control System (DVCS) – Gen 2, is world's most advanced control systems designed specifically for control room Video wall systems. Combining the latest advances in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology with recent improvements in video compression rates, the Delta DVCS enables customers to capture, distribute, control and display high-resolution graphics/HD video signals over an IP network-reliably. The DVCS comprises input processors (RGB & Video) and output processors with wall mounting option. All are connected over the dual redundant LAN / over the IP network via a networker switch. Display set up and window configuration is fully controlled by the DVCS ensuring source content is captured, processed, transmitted and displayed as per the requirement. With 60fps, DVCS ensures perfect continuity of images across multiple cubes. Using proven server-grade computer technology, the DVCS is capable of supporting large scale displays with up to 10,000 display units can be supported – each with up to 64 input sources, all in real time.


On the other hand, with 4K (4096 x 4096) input support, Delta’s Embedded vision control system, MiNiCON® a real-time, lossless and fully embedded display wall controller capable of supporting multiple high resolution 4K/RGB/Video signals. Delta along with Innovative Telecom & Softwares Pvt Ltd enables 24x7 Surveillance monitoring of Surat Safe City Project with 280 sq ft DLP Video wall

Delta, a pioneer in providing video wall solutions, commissioned its state-of-the-art DLP Video wall powered with Next Gen LEDs to the first ever Safe City Project in India.

Delta collaborated with Surat City Police department, Surat Traffic Education Trust and Innovative Telecom & Software Pvt. Ltd. for the Surat Safe City project.

The 280 sq ft video wall in the diamond city has been installed at the command & control room of Surat Police Headquarters. With the help of Delta’s Video Wall Solution, Surat Police will now be able to monitor the entire city with the blink-of-an-eye. From the entry and exit points of the city to the crowded areas of textile and diamond markets, hundreds of CCTV Cameras have been installed for this project. The Video surveillance system will help in proactively addressing any terror threat, effective traffic management and to improve safety of the city.

“There is a need to enhance the safety and security of Surat City based on its large population and concentration of key industries, such as diamond, textile, engineering, and oil and gas,” says Mr. Rakesh Asthana, Police Commissioner, Surat City. The Surat Safe City Project is an investment designed to help ensure the safety of our people and bring a greater awareness of security amongst our citizens. This project of the government of Gujarat has been executed successfully as a Public  Private Partnership (PPP) by the Surat City Police Commissionerate along with Traffic Education Trust Surat.

Delta deployed its futuristic environment friendly LED Video wall to help Surat Police monitor the entire city of Surat, Gujarat. The video wall is driven by Delta’s Icon Pro controller & wall management software which will display the coverage of the CCTV cameras installed across the city. The display solution can handle data coming from various sources including display of city map when required.

The project was inaugurated by the tech savvy CM of Gujarat Shri Narendra Modi on 18th January 2013.

Delta’s experience in design and manufacturing of DLP® engines is the backbone of its superior laser-light source video wall.  In addition to the industry-leading brightness of this display solution, its 70-inch cubes offer HD (1920x1080) resolution and excellent standards in color depth and contrast ratios of up to 1,500,000:1 to deliver magnificent 3D-like image quality.  These properties makes it ideal for round-the-clock surveillance of suspicious activities and disaster control.  
The DVCS vision control system, recently adopted by MARUM, a research faculty of the University of Bremen in Germany for ocean floor analysis purposes, combines the latest advances in digital signal processing (DSP) technology and leading video compression rates to provide precise and accurate information from CCTV cameras, sensors and NOCs to enable collaborative monitoring and highly productive decision making.  In addition, Delta’s video walls are supported by browser/server architecture-based software tools for real-time diagnostics of its own system with real-time alarms for effective maintenance and reliable continuity.
At ISE 2016, Delta also showcases its ultra-narrow bezel LCD video wall solutions which offer up to 20x15 display arrays for large-scale applications.  The underlying cubes possess exceptional brightness of 700 nits (55-inch cubes), pixel pitch of 0.63mm, 4,000:1 contrast ratio and with minimum 3.5mm combined bezel width.  These video walls are commonly supported by Delta’s Icon Pro display controller which is a multi-screen graphics controller running on the Windows® platform that offers remote management for hardware functions and also decodes multiple camera types and formats to HD to suit highly demanding applications.
With the WOW Board interactive display system, Delta creates a seamless 7-megapixel, ultra-wide (375cm) and shadow-free display screen that fosters a truly collaborative environment in meeting rooms and in classrooms for the next generation.  This is possible by combining two ultra-short-throw projectors with Delta’s display edge-blending technology and a collaboration software platform (Mersive Solstice).  Thus, the screens of various mobile devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones) can be shared easily on the main board to inspire creativity and teamwork.
